About NaturalPond™

The NaturalPond brand was born out of necessity. In 2021, independent retailers experienced a supply chain

issue with two popular beneficial bacteria and enzyme products that had been their top recommendation to

pond and lake owners for years. One was a sinking, pelleted product targeted at removing sludge from the

bottom of natural and man-made ponds; the other was a light formula designed to float in the water column

clearing the organic debris that makes pond water cloudy. Demand for these products persisted, so a group of

retailers made a collaborative effort to find a trustworthy reliable source of superior biological clarifiers and

muck reducers that was sustainable.

Taking the name NaturalPond, we partnered with a USA manufacturer who already made high-grade pelleted

and water-soluble products which were sold in bulk to the aquaponics industry (water-grown vegetables and

fish for food.) The results were great bacterial products in consumer-friendly packaging, made especially for

use in privately owned ponds and lakes: NaturalPond MUCK STOP and NaturalPond GO CLEAR. Both bacterial

products are for use in lakes, farm ponds, and large Koi and goldfish ponds.

The following winter we recognized a need for high-quality water treatments designed for smaller,

ornamental ponds and water features. So, we stepped up to provide a full line of consumer-friendly pond

water treatments, launching nine more products including: beneficial bacteria, pond clarifier, water

conditioner, and barley straw extract.

NaturalPond is committed to offering value through water treatments of the finest compounds in user-

friendly packaging. We support private and family-owned Koi and pond businesses, as we believe aquatic

hobbyists are best served by the experience and passion of independent retailers. We are passionate about
